Our Church

Cornerstone Church was formed in August 2015 with a coming together of the churches in Stanion, Rockingham Road (Corby) and Kingswood (Corby) to form a new Church based in the former Kingswood building. We are a warm, welcoming, growing church and are always delighted to see new people.

We are also a centre for our community, host many different activities throughout the year and will let our building for suitable community activities. We are part of the Kettering and Corby Methodist Circuit. For more details see the Circuit website

We hold a regular Sunday service every week at 10.30am that usually lasts about one hour and is followed by refreshments. For more details about all Circuit services please Click here

We also have a number of regular Church Activities. All are welcome to drop in and have a chat;

Friendship Group

Held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 2pm – features a talk from a guest speaker, a hymn and prayers plus a cup of tea and a biscuit to bring the whole afternoon to a wonderful close.

Coffee mornings

Held every third Thursday in the month at 10.30am

Church Leadership Group

This is a our management group. We are made up of Church and Property stewards and other members to facilitate the Mission of the Church and ensure the Church is maintained. We meet half termly in general and liaise with the Minister.

Our Church is also a meeting place for several other community groups


Rainbows, Brownies and Guides- 5.30 to 8.15pm


Dance group – 4.45 to 7.20pm


Beavers, Cubs and Scouts- 5.30 to 8.30pm.
