Dear friends,
My earlier message stated that we were experiencing difficulties distributing Pat's message originally prepared for today. After some Zoom screen sharing, a lot of 'try that' on YouTube, much head scratching, and a great element of guidance by the Holy Spirit, we have brought to a place of peace and safety. All of the technical challenges have now been resolved.
So, with storm clouds gathering, I offer to you Pat's thoughts on 'The storms of Life'.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLuRrqhZ80g&list=PLVdzkldNBB_Uw58udOd42JtRpWA6Mx3Bf PLEASE NOTE TO WATCH THIS LINK, HIGHLIGHT AND COPY IT THEN PASTE IT INTO YOUR INTERNET BROWSER — THANK YOU
A transcript for printing is enclosed. Thank you Pat for putting together all of this.
You can watch it now, during the storm, or save it until tomorrow. The choice is yours. The next 'thought' will be Worship for Sunday.
Both Pat & Joan prepared their transcript using 'pdf' format, so I have not been able to amend the typed date. Confused? You will be. Just think, in years to come you will be able to answer the Quiz Questions : On what date, during Covid-19, did you receive two 'thought for the day' messages? And, who wrote them?
Take care, stay safe, and trust in the Lord always.
Andrew

Good morning, here we are into the week leading up to Christmas Day. Sadly for many plans have had to be changed/put on hold for the festivities but as Sandra Collins suggested to us at Rothwell on Sunday morning, this may give us time to "just be" and open our hearts to Jesus as we give thanks for his coming to earth in flesh. If you follow the plan closely you would have seen my name...
