Dear friends,

Earlier, Pat Basson supplied us with thoughts and images surrounding the breaking of bread at the meal on the Emmaus Road. We are blessed that Maureen Ownsworth has developed this theme further. Here, she provides with a prayerful analysis of Jesus's declaration that He was 'the bread of life'.

For balance, I have included an image of gluten free bread.

A lot of carbohydrates in all of this. We will need extra daily walks.
