Pop-up Church 2

Two Christmas Mission events have recently taken place. The first  event took place at the Kettering Christmas light switch (28th November) and the second at Rothwell Christmas Gala Night (6th December). The aim of these events was to share the true Christmas message with members of the public, by giving away some 500 'Christmas gift bags' which included Christmas story books, fliers of the local church services, chocolate hearts, a candle and a Christmas prayer with the hope that people will remember and contemplate Gods love at this festive time.  In addition, a 'get in the picture' event was created whereby children, adults and families could dress up, in front of the nativity scene and take their own picture.
Many positive interactions were made and it is hoped that through these events people will enquire more about our Christian faith and feel more comfortable in visiting our churches.
If you would like to help with this initiative, please contact Jon Hall (07708784997) or Lisa Spreckley (07725468953).
